You can’t play games from external hard drives except from the Seagate Expansion Storage.
The process to move the data back and forth doesn't wear the internal ssd? I mean, the internal ssd should have a number of terabytes written lifespan right? So copying the data could reach that capacity faster.

Would the xbox games with the optimised option work on the cheaper ssd
So after paying $220 for a 1tb storage that the card is not even reversible just boggles my mind.
$220 for 1tb that's just sad yea it supports quick resume & downloads fast but honestly just 1tb knowing games are getting bigger & bigger every year . For $80 I can get 2tb of storage yea it'll take longer but I can have more games on that. The expansion card should be 120 or 115 make more money & people won't look towards other products in the future.
this WD SSD did you plug directly into the console expansion port or needed an adapter ?
